The Ramaxian Collective, a vast network of technopathic cyber-neural lifeforms, psionically oversees the operation, storage, organization, and calculation of all systematic functions and programs used by the femmar.
Grown from the neural cells of Prime Operator Femtrux, the Collective has names like Pentox, Oligax, Tolitat, Calsotax, and, since the era of the Sixth-Gen, Intragux.
The whereabouts of Femtrux are known only to a few individuals (the Sernatae and select citizens working in Collective Maintenance). However, her hives sit anchored to locations native to their biological base: Pentox in Orta, Oligax in Toxis, Tolitat in Mynu, and Calsotax in Pikalit. Intragux maintains a stationary orbit in the southern polar region, with its prime interface in Vanda.
Most femmar never interact with the main hives of the Collective; they deal mainly with the subhives. Hives Pentox and Toligon each have a subhive that helps the femmar carry out daily tasks, while Oligax and Calsotax have many to facilitate various operations throughout Ramaxia.
