Marixi (mer-icks-ee)

A marix is born without hair and with almost zero percent body fat; she is violent by design. Generations of behavioral modification enable most Marixi to live part-time among the citizenry, while genotype malformities allow some to live and work full-time within the citizenry.

Social Elements

Marixi have a core interest in physical exercise, competitive sports, and engaging in sexual activity. Due to their dyslexia, many are averse to intellectual pursuits despite command positions in World Oceans requiring an officer to read. Sister castes perceive them as lacking intelligence and being unable to talk about anything other than weapons, sports, exercise, or sex; Marixi do well with Zaxiri because each caste enjoys sexual congress and dancing for physical release.

Marixi are often social with Bizaki because of a strong sense that this caste needs protecting (and Bizaki pose no threat to their intellect). Marixi falter with Subaki due to courtship disorders born from their natural aggression and a lack of proper socialization.

A complicated sociality exists between Marixi and Hizaki; neither seems to respect the other, but these castes relate better with each other in vocational settings.
