Office of Helovx Advocacy

The Office of Helovx Advocacy is a branch of Surface Operational overseen by the Second Office of the Committee. It is staffed by diplomats representing Ramaxia, throughout the globe and in space (though no form of higher intelligence exists in the Suv System). In addition to established diplomats, the OHA also appoints highly respected citizens as ‘Ambassadors at Large,’ to work with or advise helovx governments, in a particular area of interest.
