Bonding Ritual of Tav’zikoltil

Bonding Ritual of Tav`zikoltil

Ceremonial Tav`zikoltil (t-have-zee-kol-t-ill) involves two members of the relationship standing before their makers, announcing their bond, and presenting those brought into the bond for each other. The prime-hand of the relationship is ideally to the emotional anchor, but in reality, it’s often the wealthiest member of the relationship. The name itself comes from the Femati concept of sharing life, until death.

The first bonding-ritual took place among the original subjects Rutolvx (Hizak), Crizatol (Zaxir), Koltiax (Marix), Yiravi (Subak), and Uymdak (Bizak). Overseen by Fusofitakil, the rules around it required at least two members (subjects desiring to share their lives together). Secondary bonds were those brought in by the primes and presented as partners to the others. Rutolvx and Crizatol came together with Koltiax as prime-bonds; Koltiax brought in Uymdak and Yiravi.
