The Articles of Citizenry frame the government and detail the rights of individual citizens. There are twenty-five in all, but the first eight are the most revered. Based on the moral law practiced by the original subjects, the Eight Prime Articles were ratified by the first Ruling Platform, in 2073.
The Articles of Citizenry is on display as a digital document in the foyer of the Cloister, a building that houses the Sernatae, the citizen that oversees the four annual meetings (called Sessions) between the Citizenry-Chamber, and the Ruling Platform.
All Articles are perpetual, and can only be altered by the Ruling Platform, upon approval of Citizenry-Chamber, with oversight by the Sernatae.
