Toxis Class Submersible is a cybaleen life form (cloned whale with physical and artificial enhancements) designed to serve as a large crewed autonomous vessel, capable of independent operation below the surface of the water. The primary function of a TCS is militaristic, they are weapons capable, and shield aware.
Inside each TCS vessel is a complement of Sword Fighters, cybistiophores [cloned sailfish, with substantial cybernetic enhancements]. Swords are undersea single-pilot super-maneuverable watercraft, with a strategic weapons platform and a morphing hull, impervious to laser fire. The primary function of a Sword is militaristic. Though capable of surface function, too much oxygen strains their lungs; Swords are used primarily underwater and are trained to attack helovx submarines.
